Payment and Cancellation

Terms and Conditions

As we are a small business, last-minute cancellations or customer absences affect us negatively, so we have adjusted our reservation and cancellation policies as follows:

50% of the room rate must be paid when the reservation is made. Reservations that do not receive a down payment within two days will be cancelled. The remainder of the fee is paid in advance at check-in.

All applicable taxes are included in the fees. Room rates are for two people. Breakfast and dinner (table d'hote) are included in the price, but drinks and bar menu are paid separately. A minimum stay of two nights is required during all holiday periods. Children are not allowed in our hotel. It is forbidden to bring food and drink from outside.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel in the 30 days before arrival. If you don’t show up you will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Payment Policy

Rezervasyon için geçerli kredi kart bilgileri gereklidir. Rezervasyondan sonra toplam fiyatın %50 kadarı sizden ön ödeme olarak alınacaktır. Visa ve Mastercard kabul edilmektedir ve bu kartlar ile yapılacak ödemelerde işlemler için herhangi bir ek ücret ya da komisyon söz konusu değildir.
